The use of AI and other innovative technology has undoubtedly improved the efficiency of the recruitment process for hiring managers and in-house recruitment teams. As progressive and revolutionary as this may be, nothing can ever replace the advantages of human interaction, gut instincts, transparency and being able to align values and culture from the outset.
The Recruitment Loft is passionate about putting like-minded individuals together, succeeding in the placement of difficult-to-fill roles, and securing jobs for candidates that exceed their expectations.
Whether executing a contingency or executive search assignment, transparency is a major feature of the business. We are not a people pleasing consultancy and prefer to make the most of your time instead of wasting it. For example, we will let a client know if we believe the proposed remuneration package falls short of market rate, if the job brief and desired candidate experience is somewhat impractical, or if a candidate's salary expectations are unrealistic – and advise accordingly.
